Massive Reforestation

We plant native trees in state protected wilderness areas, as well as private protected areas that ensure the care, conservation, and recovery of the ecosystem and biodiversity. Other places where the trees could be used are fiscal areas of high ecological value and areas of importance to the communities. Our forestry team, which has vast experience, is in charge of the reforestation process, implementing the projects together with contractor companies that carry out native plantations under the requested standards.

Method

The native reforestation process is carried out by our highly trained forestry team with vast experience in restoration. We carry out our reforestations under strict quality and sustainability standards.

In each of our projects, both in areas of high ecological value and urban trees, we ensure that the species planted are the most appropriate for each ecosystem, promoting the recovery of local flora and fauna.

In both cases, both in forests and cities, we have carried out reforestation actions in collaboration with companies, collaborators, volunteers and partners.

Impact and results

We have led projects in 12 regions of Chile, impacting more than 15 parks and reserves, and more than 152 communes. Some examples to highlight:

Torres del Paine National Park

After the emblematic forest fire in this park in 2011, we began our crusade, carrying out our first reforestation project here. The lengas we planted are already more than 3m tall.

Maipú

An area considered one of the most important heat islands for the RM, since 2023 we have been committed to the municipality in its initiative 'A tree in your neighborhood', with which they seek to restore urban trees. Here we have led volunteer work together with companies and neighbors.

Justo Pastor León Pantanillos Experimental center

Listed as the first classroom of the CFCN Faculty of the University of Chile in the middle of the forest, we led its native recovery together with the university, after the “Firestorm” in 2017 that destroyed more than 400 hectares of the property.

Alto Rari Natural Reserve

One of our first projects in the Conservation Program, where small landowners or those who have land with a Real Right of Conservation can apply to be reforested by us. Here we work on the recovery of the Maulino Coastal Forest.
